We offer a generous 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item. This allows you to request a return within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

- It should be unworn or unused.
- All original tags must be attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@synaworldwide.co.uk. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
Important Note:
Please do not send your return without contacting us first and receiving a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions to Returns:
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures a quicker processing and delivery of your exchange.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
